Great design and planning does not have to be expensive but it is absolutely necessary to create the best result in the remodeling of kitchens and baths and other spaces in the home. So pardon our questions about lifestyle, blenders and the number of shoes you own as we are simply attempting to gather the information that will help us meet your expectations.

From the moment you walk into our showroom, you will sense the difference, our staff of professional designers are friendly and communicative and interested in learning about your project. This team of designers and construction professionals will gladly help you, make you feel at ease and guide you through the showroom so you can see the wide array of selections available.

Step-by-step

1. Complimentary Showroom Visit

View the wide selection of products and styles we offer. Talk to a designer right away- we’re here to answer your questions and make you feel at home.

2. schedule an in-home consult & measure

A designer from Splash will come to your home and talk about the specifics of your project. We are happy to provide a list of references from our previous projects- it might be one of your neighbors! At this visit, we will schedule a preliminary meeting in approximately two weeks.

3. conceptual design study

After our initial meetings, our designers will take the design elements discussed and prepare a preliminary conceptual design study including:

  • Existing Floor Plan
  • Proposed Floor Plan
  • Presentation of Proposed Finishes
  • Review of Similar Space Plans for a Discussion of Your Budget

4. design & budget preparation

After review of the above, we will enter into a Design Retainer Agreement to complete your design & budget for your project.

5. contract signing & schedule

After review of the above, we will enter into a Design Retainer Agreement to complete your design & budget for your project.

6. pre-construction meeting

Once we have finalized our start date and have received the materials necessary to complete your project without delay we will schedule a meeting at your home to discuss construction conditions on or prior to the day of the start of your project.

7. installation

Our installation crews typically work Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. We use both in-house (Team) and licensed and insured trades (Partners) that are experienced, knowledgeable, courteous and respectful to your family and your property.

8. job well done!

We understand that it can be intrusive and stressful to have your daily routine disrupted, so we try to be gracious while we share your space.
