Dear Valued Clients and Customers

Cathy and I would like to update you on what Splash is doing in lite of the current situation facing our nation.

First, we are doing everything we can to keep our employees, customers and clients safe. We are following the guidelines and common practices as recommended to keep our facility and workstations as clean as possible.

Secondly, we have instituted the following policies and procedures-

  • We are cleaning and recleaning all surfaces constantly and as thoroughly as we can.
  • We have closed our separate Design Studio to all traffic except our design staff and client appointments.
  • We are encouraging our clients to meet with us via online conferencing wherever possible and feasible.
  • Traffic for our food provisions has led us to remain open, operating as normal for the time being. This could change as government guidelines change and we will keep our customers and clients informed via email and social media.
  • We encourage customers, who know what they wish to purchase, to call prior to arrival for pickup. This will help ensure social distancing and we will deliver curbside or place at our entrance for your convenience.
  • Our field install crews are working as normal; however, they are wearing masks, booties and gloves as often as we can find and purchase them.
  • In normal situations, our crews always isolate the areas of the home we work in as much as possible to keep the rest of your home clean. Now we are doubling our efforts to keep you as safe as possible as our workers complete your renovation.

In these trying times, we are always here for you and your family, and we pray for your health and wellbeing.

Government guidelines are changing daily, we may need to alter or amend our policies and procedures as they do.
