Position: Kitchen & Bath Designer- Lead Designer

LaGrange, GA based high-end residential full service Design/Build firm serving the markets of Columbus, Newnan and LaGrange, Georgia, has an opening for a Lead Designer. This position will lead the design staff in the design of various types of residential projects, primarily kitchens and baths, for both remodel and new home construction.

Splash Kitchens & Baths employs eleven full time staff including five designers. Splash has become a leader in the West Georgia region for cutting edge design and installation services. Our Team approach to design has created an award winning formula for satisfied clients and happy employees.

Requirements:

This individual should be well trained with an Interior Design School degree with a minimum of five year’s experience. CKD Preferred.
This individual must be proficient in AutoCAD and 20/20.
This individual must have excellent problem solving skills and interpersonal communication skills.
This individual must have the ability to work within a Team environment.

Responsibilities include all those associated with high-end design work in the kitchen and bath industry but to also act as the Team Leader for the design staff along with the Team Leaders for Interiors and Construction.

Responsibilities include preparing conceptual designs, design development, construction drawings, cabinetry and other material pricing, preparation of work scopes, meetings with clients and follow through with project execution.

Position: Kitchen & Bath Design Assistant

LaGrange, GA based high-end residential full service Design/Build firm serving the markets of Columbus, Newnan and LaGrange, Georgia, has an opening for a Design Assistant. This position will assist the design staff in the design & pricing of cabinetry for various types of residential projects, primarily kitchens and baths, for both remodel and new home construction.

Requirements:

This individual must be trained and with experience in pricing cabinetry using manufacturers catalogs and pricing systems.
This individual must have a minimum of two years experience in AutoCAD and 20/20.

This individual must have the ability to work within a Team environment.

Position: Outside Sales

Splash has an excellent opportunity for an outside sales position.
Applicant must have at least three years experience in the sale of
products to the construction industry. Ideally the applicant would already
have lines of non-competing products and have a customer base
in the Atlanta to Columbus, Georgia corridor.

Position: Cabinet Installation - Sub Contracted

Splash has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Cabinet Sub-Contractor.
Applicant must have at least five years of installation experience with semi-custom through furniture grade cabinetry.
Applicant must be a "team" player who is willing to work with sales and design staff to complete client projects on time and with the detail as called for in the design plans.
Applicant must show that experience has been primarily K&B based rather than big boxed based.

Contract pay will be in the top range of that generally paid in this region.
